  • Does your clinic accept walk-in appointments?

    • We do not accept walk-in appointments, our clinic is by appointment only. Please call the office to schedule an appointment at (828) 697 -1717.

  • Is this an emergency hospital?

    • We are not an emergency hospital. If an established client and patient has an emergency that we feel we can handle, they will be seen before scheduled appointments otherwise we will refer you to one of the emergency hospitals in the area.

  • Do you offer grooming or boarding services?

    • We do not offer any grooming or boarding services.

  • Do you accept Care Credit or other payment plans?

    • We do not offer any type of payment plans, payment is required at time of services. We do not accept Care Credit. We accept all major credit cards (except for American Express) checks from established clients, and cash. We expect services to be paid in full at time of service.
