We understand how difficult of a decision it is to say goodbye to your beloved pet and we are here to talk you through it. Sometimes this can be the kindest decision you make for them.

Please reach out to us as soon as you start wondering about your pet’s quality of life. This allows us to help you make decisions about supportive care and helps give you a timeline of what to expect.

When it’s possible, we try to schedule time at the end of our work day so that you have ample quiet time with your pet to say goodbye.

We have a few options for you to choose from when you decide it’s time to humanely euthanize your pet. We work with a third-party cremation service, “Agape”, and they offer individual cremation, where your pet’s ashes are returned to you, or communal cremation, where their ashes are spread over a memorial garden. Agape has a catalog of other memorial items such as urns, necklaces, paw prints, etc. that you can look through and choose from if you’d like.

If you choose not to have your pet cremated, you can bring them home in a coffin that we provide.
